Equistro Secreta pro contains 20 selected herbs as well as vitamins A, C and E. The herbs support the natural regeneration of the respiratory tract, the natural self-cleansing and mucus formation and help the moisture content in the upper and lower respiratory tract. Together with vitamins A, C and E, they help the bronchial and immune systems during times of increased infection and inflammation risk. Equistro Secreta pro can be used on a long-term basis.Because ideal pasture conditions are so rare grasses, plants and herbs are the horse’s natural food base. Of the approximate 400 species found in the natural environment, nearly 200 are suitable for equine consumption. Herbs in particular supply not only minerals, trace elements and vitamins, but also certain vital substances (such as saponoids, bioflavonoids and amaroids) that are essential for metabolic processes.
Ideal pasture conditions however, are rarely found today and even hay and silage may not supply these vital substances or only in insufficient quantities. The consequence: weakened resistance of the bronchial system to inflammation and infection. In addition, certain functions, such as the regular formation of mucus and the natural self-cleansing process of the bronchi can be impaired. This can lead to bronchial disorders and allergies.
